What are the different types of numbers I can subscribe to?

How do I subscribe to a local forwarding number?
  1. Log in to your OneSuite account
  2. Select OS FORWARDING on the left side menu.
  3. Choose Forwarding subscription type "U.S. or Canada local number."
  4. Select the State/Province then area code or city.
  5. Choose a number among the displayed list and confirm.
Can I subscribe to a local number outside of the U.S. and Canada?

No, only U.S. and Canada phone numbers are available for subscription.

Can I transfer my own toll-free number from another service provider to OneSuite Forwarding Service?

Yes. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Download the Transfer Form from our web site.
  2. Print, fill out, and sign the form.
  3. Send the form along with your phone bill under your name and the toll-free number via fax to 1-888-839-8801 or email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
  4. The process should take 3 to 5 business days to complete. An email will be sent to you once the subscription is active.
