If you are connected to a hotspot using Wi-Fi, download and installation may take just a few minutes. A: Before you make your initial call, you need to set up your OneSuite Mobile Dialer by following these steps:

  1. Make sure your OneSuite Mobile Dialer for BlackBerry is properly installed and your OneSuite account is active and has sufficient balance to make calls.
  2. Launch your OneSuite Mobile Dialer.
  3. Set up your OneSuite Mobile Dialer by pressing the BlackBerry button on the dialpad. Select “Preferences” to set up “Quick Dial Mode.”
  4. Set Quick Dial Mode to ON. Quick Dial Mode allows you to dial a contact without pressing the “call” button. Once a contact is selected, OneSuite Mobile Dialer will automatically dial the number. Setting the Quick Dial Mode to OFF will require you to press the “call” button after a contact is selected in order to start dialing.
  5. Press the “Back” button to return to the previous page, select “Direct Dial Settings.” You can enter your PIN and access number on this page. By default, the OneSuite Mobile Dialer will pre-select an OneSuite U.S. Local Access Number. If you wish to change this to toll-free number or an international access number (respective rates will apply), just move the cursor to the access number field and enter your preferred access number.
  6. Next, enter your Account Number or PIN. Enter the complete 14-digit PIN, no periods, spaces or dashes between numbers. Note: If your mobile number is already registered as ZipDial under your OneSuite Account, you must leave the PIN blank. Press the “Back” button until you reach your desired page.
  7. To make your first call, simply dial the destination number from the app’s dialpad and the call will go through. For U.S. & Canada calls, dial 1 + Area Code + Telephone Number. For international calls (outside the U.S. & Canada) dial 011 + country code + area code + telephone number. If RapiDial is already set up on your account online, then simply dial the RapiDial number.

The OneSuite Mobile Dialer is also integrated with your phonebook and you may choose the contact you wish to call from the phonebook inside the OneSuite Mobile Dialer app.

For succeeding calls, follow the same dialing procedure above. If you need to change the access number or PIN, be sure to follow all the steps above prior to making another call.

Reminder: The OneSuite Mobile Dialer App will, by default, use your airtime minutes to dial the OneSuite Access Number defined on your smartphone’s app. Be sure to check with your mobile phone provider about airtime rates and other surcharges when calling OneSuite Access Numbers.

  1. Before making any calls using the integrated phonebook in OneSuite Mobile Dialer, please make sure that the phone numbers registered in your existing phone books are in the following format:
    1. For U.S. & Canada contacts, the phone number should be typed and saved as 1 + Area Code + Telephone Number
    2. For international contacts (outside U.S. & Canada), the phone number should be typed and saved as 011 + country code + area code + telephone number
  2. From the OneSuite Mobile Dialer’s integrated phonebook, locate the contact you wish to call. Search the contact as you would using your BlackBerry contacts.
  3. If Quick Dial Mode is ON, choosing a contact will automatically trigger dialing that number. If Quick Dial Mode is OFF, you must press “call” after choosing the contact for your BlackBerry to start dialing the number.
  4. To end a call, simply press the end key
