Simply sign-up for a OneSuite Business account, then the administrator can create up to 999 sub-accounts that can take advantage of OneSuite’s super low rates, subscribe to our premium OneSuite Fax and SuiteAdvantage services, and enjoy all the telephony features available in a regular OneSuite account.

The master account offers user-friendly interface to manage all sub-accounts, transfer balance, and monitor calling history. More control, more convenience, and more savings to all.

New Local Access Numbers
We are constantly working on adding more local access numbers in new cities so we can better serve our loyal customers throughout the US. And the latest additions are happening in sunshine Miami, Orlando and Tampa areas in Florida! However, it's much to our regret to inform you that local access numbers in Greensboro , Winston Salem , Burlington , Fayetteville , Raleigh , Chapel Hill and Zebulon in North Carolina will be suspended temporarily until further notice. OneSuite Local
2.9¢ per minute is already a great low rate for long-distance-cheaper than most local toll calls. But by offering you local access to our system-in other words, not requiring you to dial a 1-800 number-we can save even more, and pass those savings along to you with an incredibly low 2.5¢ per minute rate. With over 1,000 local numbers representing 45 cities throughout the U.S., you're likely to be able to use this service where you live. If we don't have it in your area yet, rest assured we are working to add local access numbers in new cities all the time. And if you currently use OneSuite, you don't need to do anything to add local access to your account-it is an option already available to you.

Sure, we've always been there for you 24/7 through our customer service e-mail address. Of course, that doesn't help when you want answers right away, or need to speak to a live person. But now you can get instant gratification in the form of a live operator ready to answer your questions any hour of the day, every day of the week. Alternative Payment Suites

PayPal Sign-up and Recharging
If you don’t want to use VISA or MasterCard to sign up or recharge your account, or don’t have a credit card that’s issued in the United States or Canada, pay through PayPal. PayPal accepts American Express, Discover, and E-Checks, and is available in a lot of countries. Note that you have to be a PayPal member to sign up or recharge through PayPal. Once you have selected and confirmed the PayPal payment method, you’ll be transferred to PayPal’s website. Upon completion of PayPal payment, you’ll be directed back to OneSuite. Note that it may take up to 5 minutes for your balance to be processed on PayPal. Also, E-checks may take 8 business days for customers’ balances to be updated.

Over-The-Phone Recharging
Find yourself away from the computer but need to recharge your account? Just call customer service at 1-866-4-1SUITE (1-866-4178483) and we will gladly help you add credit to your balance to keep you connected.

RapiDial
All the convenience of speed-dial with the added convenience of a printable, online phonebook that you can easily update and change whenever you like, RapiDial allows you to dial a two-digit code for the 50 numbers you call the most, saving you time when you dial. And saving you from having to remember all those phone numbers when you are on the road!

QuikConnect
We like to give you the option of hearing your credit-balance and minutes-remaining announcements whenever you place your call. But to save you time when dialing, we've enabled you to cancel either one or both of those announcements so you can connect your calls more quickly.

Reminders & Announcements
For ZipDial users who have set up caller-ID block on their phones, please deactivate this feature before accessing OneSuite network. Deactivate caller-ID block by dialing *82 before dialing the local access number.

Note: Some cellular phones may not work with ZipDial and certain cellular phones request dialing different keys to deactivate caller-ID block. Please consult with your cellular phone carrier. Dialing *82 will only temporarily disable the caller-ID block of that particular call. Caller-ID block continues with subsequent phone calls if *82 is not entered.
